This last time I saw her I mentioned that I'd woke up with stomach cramps early in the morning and had to "go." She did a type of parasympathetic reset... excuse me if that is the incorrect term.. and immediately the next day I got a few hours more sleep and when I did have to go to the restroom it wasn't painful!
